    This reminds me of my favourite film, Walkabout. You may have seen it, especially as you live where it is set. (Well, same continent anyway!)
    We get lost and depressed by the concrete that surrounds us and we lose touch with anything that can truly nurture us. And once that is gone, it can never be regained.
    If you haven't seen the film, I suggest you watch it, Hellon. I have seen it at least five times and always get something new from it.

    So so very sad but true. My heart goes out to children who may never know what nature is much less looks like. Concrete is depressing and it feels like prison. Thank you for sharing

    Concrete has a soul destroying quality to it and is the opposite of the natural world. I cant imagine living in a city where there is no nature around me and it explains a lot the increasing levels of depression. An excellent write. Milly x
