A harsh and desolate write. :( We can often be our own worst enemies and persecute ourselves when really we should be concentrating on our strengths and our achievements. The reality is that we can't change what happened yesterday but we do have a choice in what we do right now. We can change our destiny just by making the tiniest of choices, through the way we think and approach life moving forward.
