over and over again i ask myself why?
why did i let him make me cry?
i can remember him being oh so strong,
i can remember him never once being wrong.
i cant remember what i did to deserve those awful nights,
i cant remember who started those terrible fights.
i can remember the first time his fist came my way,
i can remember but i wanna forget that day.
i cant remember all the times he made me cry,
i cant remember every single time he made me wanna die.
i can remeber everytime i was ashamed,
i can remember everytime i was the one to be blamed
so many painful things i can and cant remember
and still there are times i wish we were together
so that answers my question of why,
i guess i just fell in love with the wrong guy
