Quite haunting, and also reminded me of how we can see what we want to believe, idolizing someone and not realizing their own flaws. And in that way, we forget that they can hurt us. But your poem at the same time seemed more fantasy themed? And I could see that as someone immortal, and you, human, fall under the pressure and weight of loving someone who cannot be with you.
