I can't believe I had missed Larry's poem, so thanks for linking that, and what a powerful inspiration. I feel like it's easy for people to say "focus on your own problems and concerns", but it's only human to worry, and sometimes we are so caught up in the idea of fixing or trying to at least help them manage what they're going through... that it seeps into our routine and every thought we have.

This hits so hard.
When you are a worrysaurus you worry even if it's not your worry to worry about because if it's family it matters as the title states. A fantasticly thought out piece. I hope all is OK,
