There's nothing like returning to our 'child' to pull us from the dark shadows. Nice and original :)

I think you've already received basically the same comment from someone else, but still:
    This is very original! Haha.
The way you've layed it out looks good. I like the truth about how we all feel the need/urge/subconscious want to return to the happiest and most innocent we ever were and have been. It feels so much better sometimes just to forget about worries and enjoy yourself! It actually reminds me a bit of the iconic ' Alice and Wonderland ' scene, (in the book or the film) where she fills a room in giant tears.
    Anyway, I enjoyed it :)

This is absolutely beautiful.. Sometimes being sad an returning to the memories of our childhood where we had no worries can help so much but unfortunately, our pureness doesn't last very long nor so we all have it but this is such a lovely poem.
    Take care,
    Em xx

you know something I always wish there are visuals for what you write, I want to see what your brain pictures. I do agree this is original, and I love it :)

Hmm, for this one, I remember seeing snapshots of childhood memories. For instance, there were few occasions when I was allowed to jump in puddles. For the most part, whenever it rained, I stayed inside. I used to catch colds so often. From time to time, I would watch my neighbor’s kids play outside under the rain and having lots of fun while I watched them from behind the garage doors. But the times I did get to play, I enjoyed it so much. On the other hand, I also enjoyed watching my neighbors play under the rain. Seeing others being content made me happy.

So basically, I only pictured memories where I was sad but the end result was happiness. I wish I could share them with you but hehe not possible. Thank you for your comment.
