Thanks for asking. I would love to say it was easy, but it can take a lot of thought, trial and error. A good tool is writing on a centred Word document. As for the shape, this site restricts what shapes can be posted, but symmetrical shapes often work well, as long as they have no intricate appendages! lol As for the the rhythm, i have tried to use meter throughout. There are times i have to alter my ideal word choice for a one that fits the shape - all in all, it takes patience, but that is the same for most forms.
