The Fish II

by Anna Banasiak   Aug 31, 2021

Morning
echo of Your voice
touch of mouth
fragile memories like cookies
crumbled and suddenly

flashed by the sun
no longer let me fall asleep
forget kisses
shells skimming about us

without you I suffocate
like a fish caught in the net
