you reminded me of the old philosophical trick to discredit the accuracy of our senses (empirical)
It is by putting one finger in cold water and the other in hot, then taking both fingers(hands) out and put them both in a mild water to experience how unreliable ( relative actually) our senses are.

i some times feel that the need to talk is a wonder, yet also a curse. I would like to rely on my 5 senses, without a need to be able to speak!
