Just posting to say I feel this in a thousand ways and I've been there too many times to count over the last decade. It takes a toll on the mind and body and spirit, and can feel impossibly lonely. You are heard <3

Even at 73 I relate to this poem.

I used to have exactly the same "experience" same habits...
Now Im a KETO guy doing intermittent fasting.. lol Too old to mess around with junk...
