Comments : Living with the lonely.

Hiding the lonely to offer others the illusion of being okay. What happens if the lonely is revealed? Will others take notice? Will they accept they play a part in the loneliness? Will revealed vulnerability cause deeper connection?

I enjoyed this poem, the refrain shows the daily affect of feeling alone/ unnoticed. Often the small recognitions are enough that one is accepted, loved and wanted. Ultimately, we need to have enough of this for ourselves, don't we?

Thanks for sharing. I do love your poetry.
