Starry Garden of Midnight

by Oscar Auliq-Ice   Nov 1, 2023

Stars twinkle in the cold night's embrace,
Lit up by the moon's silvery trace,
Cool is the shimmer of the galaxy's run,
What magic this cosmos of mine has spun.

Mountaintops kissed by the milky white stars,
My thoughts are lost in spaces afar,
Silent they seem, but tales they spin,
A comet streaks by,
Its tail thin and fine.

This is the hour when dreams take their flight,
This is the moment when the night feels just right,
Full of the mysteries the universe beams,
In my cosmic realm,
My garden of dreams.
