Nature's Cry

by Walter   Mar 20, 2024

Sometimes I look upon the sky
And see dark clouds forming high
But this isn't one of nature's storms
To keep ignoring while they form

The weather lately has turned wild
And so much since I was a child
With memories of blue skies to play
With air so fresh without this grey

Though sadly we just can't ignore
And wish a world like once before
To turn a blind eye makes it worse
And won't cure humans of this curse

There is just one world where we live
Which struggles and tries to forgive
When humans think that they know best
They ruin this world for all the rest

When species start to disappear
But still humans won't shed a tear
Our world ignoring begs of please
And soon will rid all this disease
