You left me there
Standing on the beach alone
I thought we had something
But I guess maybe I was wrong
I've never loved anyone
As much as I loved you
You were everything I needed
You made what I wanted to be
To hear those words
"There's someone else"
Broke my heart in two
And as I watched you
Sail off into the sunset
Without me
I knew
That I would miss you
And that my life
Would never be the same
I'll always hold a special place for you
Deep inside my heart
Maybe someday you'll realize
What you did was a mistake
But until then
I'll just have to go on
Living my life
Miserably
Without you.
