Raindrops

Meh..This isn't really a good poem...but w/e!...Give me some feed back on this one guys...Plz!

I think of you when it rains
When the sky turns to gray
Makes me wish I never knew you
Or the day you walked away

All the things that I did for you
Are now the things that I regret
All the sweet little words that you whispered
Got you everything that you needed to get.

I see the raindrops, they fall so hard on the ground
They kind of make me think of you, and the way you let me down
They rely on each other as they quickly hit the ground
Kind of pathetic, Just like the time I thought I needed you around

You've given me nothing, when I thought I had it all
I rose so high above you when you expected me to crawl
Your stupid games put me down and made me feel like nothing
But I got back up…I guess I was strong after all

When all is lost even yourself
Take time to listen to what knows best
Listen to your heart…and simply walk away
Trust me on this one…look at me today:)

So now when it rains
And the sky turns to gray
I simply think of the time
When I finally walked away
