Forbidden Love

~ This is a poem about a relationship I had with someone. The guy I was dating had a friend that was trying to get us to break up.~

My faith has been tryed
Time and again
It's hard not to care
When they want us to end

No one else out there is on the same page
When I hear of their plans, I feel stricken with rage

I'm finally happy
You tear it apart?
This doesn't make sense
There's a hole in my heart

She just doesn't realize she's caused all this pain
I really don't see how this will cause much gain
