I was finally gettin over you

I was finally getting over you,
I know it’s hard to believe
But I thought that I didn’t need you anymore
But you always had something up your sleeve

We were at a party not knowing what to do
You came to me and asked how I was
You knew that I would give into you
Like I always do…..

We talked for hours and drank
I didn’t know it’d go this far
We ended up lying together
All alone upstairs…

Part of me sank that day knowing what I had did
But another part was happy
Because I thought we were together again
Oh was I wrong…

The next day was the worst
You didn’t notice me at all
And when I’d say hi you’d give me a look
I knew that I have gave in again…

My friends call me stupid for loving him
But that’s okay because I don’t want them
To know why I love him….
Because then they’d love him too..

Everyone say’s the worst way to miss someone
Is when they are right next to you and you know you can't have them,
But it's worse when you thought you didn't want them anymore
And then all of a sudden you realize you can't live without them.
