This heart of mine

by Mustardhart   Sep 29, 2004

Life has been a kink since I met you
My heart has got too excited since then
The laughter, the giggles and your pretty face
Makes me thank God for the beauty of love.
And want to give you something eternal

Sometimes I whine in my little worry
Over my lack and inadequacies.
It is then I see that am rich, very rich
With people that can love
And allow themselves to be loved

Hiding the truth is bondage
To tell you my heart's feeling is such freedom
Time can be a thief when it delays
But provider when in time you meet the perfect heart
It is coincidence to those who choose to believe so

One thing is obvious as far as my heart tells
If it is a mistake then I have made one again
And pray, that dies with yesterday and not to be remembered.
O the beauty of it all, transcends all evil and error
To this I say thank you Jesus-cause I'm blessed.

This love that makes me a child all over again
To a somebody, miles away
Held captive by the words "I love u"
Transfixed by the thought of a 'Dream'
Sounds crazy, looks crazy, this heart of mine.
