A Wish a Pact a Mistake (act two)

by Rafael Navarro   Oct 12, 2004

As time passes
Lulu’s world opens and mine collapses
It seemed the happier she got
The more I became distant
She forgot about me in an instant
Why is she pushing me aside
I might as well stay in the shadows and hide
I need to find Natas
I need to tell him what’s happening
(cyril ran out the door)
I ran back to the place we met
I couldn’t think I was so upset
He wasn’t there
This is so unfair
Even though everything I wished for came true
I became selfish
Did I really do this for her or me
Just so she could fall in love
And hopefully start to see
How much she truly meant to me
Natas where are you!
I need to know what to do!
You promised she would be happy!
I need you to tell her why her life changed
You need to tell her the deal that we arranged
Why do I get only silence please come
(cyril fell to his knees)
Please come
(Natas emerged from the shadows)
It seems that you when I am in despair
It’s the only time you care
“I’m not here to help you”
“I’m here to collect”
“What you are in debt”
What do you mean
“You signed the contract”
“You owe me”
“It has to be”
“Now pay me”
“Pay the toll”
“Time to fork over your soul”
What do you mean
“Read the fine print”
It stated that upon granting the wish
My soul would be owed as payment
And this was the final statement
Who are you
What are you
“There is only two people you can ask for help”
“I dwell within”
“Any place where there is sin”
“And the other guy”
“Don’t even try”
If I give you my soul wont I die
“yes”
Cant we talk this over
“Its to late”
“Accept your fate”
No this cant be
You tricked me
You know what I think your bluffing!
“Don’t mess with me boy you are nothing”
You forgot one thing you left out
The one thing you forgot about
You didn’t say when
So I guess it depends
You will just have to wait till my life ends
Or till I give in.
“Listen sooner or later I will get what is mine………”
Yeah yeah whatever fine
“Don’t test me you don’t think I have the power”
“Just watch soon you will cower”
