Forget You

I can't believe you hurt me this bad.
I feel as though I'll always be sad.
You played me like a fool.
You cheated, as if it was cool.
My tears are now rivers,
My feelings are flames.
All you ever did was play games.
I hope I can slowly forget you.
Forget your words that caused me pain.
Forget the moments we had.
Most of all.
Forget how you made me sad.

    Nice poem Steph. The one major piece of advice I can give you is to really tap into your emotions and express it in a way that the reader will feel connected with you. Maybe try using words to describe your feelings more than just coming right out and saying how you feel. I think you have great talent and I look forward to reading more from you in the future.
