I want you to think of me
like the way I think of you
as my best friend
the one I can always talk to

the one who listens
the one who cares
the one who loves you
the one who will always be there

I know sometimes im mean
but it only means im scared
I don’t want to lose you yet
we still have a lot of time unshared

we were once great together
even from the start
but when we split up
my world kinda fell apart

I have so much to say
and no words to explain
just the thought of us together
keeps me sane

    i love this poem. i lost a guy too and my life got so screwed up. im living the life of someone i'm not, and the only time i'm ever myself is when i'm with this guy. he can make me laugh and smile when no one else can. anyways, it's a great poem.
