Ouch. I know that pain. This poem was short and sweet, but I am known to give my opinion out loud and proud. And here's my two cents:
It was a really heartfelt right, I mean in a few words you certainly made me remember that feeling. However, the end of it seemed a little forced. I don't know what you could do to fix it, and I hope you don't take it too personally - as a writer should write to keep themselves happy, and nobody else. So don't take this too close to heart. It just seemed a rather forced ending to a great poem.

The rhyme scheme in this is off...but a very understandable ending. That was a nice way to end it though terribly sorry!
