Forbidden Feelings

by Ashley Washer   Nov 18, 2004

I watch you so much,
when you walk down the hall,
that I start,
to blend into the wall.

Once in a while,
I'll look at you,
only to see,
your looking right through me.

To you I'm nothing more then dirt,
spackled on the wall,
and I have to admit,
it really does hurt.

I sit in my class,
not really paying attention,
looking at you,
trying not to get detention.

Your so beautiful,
that I cant take my eyes off you,
you should be proud,
because your one of the few.

I'm not a stocker,
I just know what I like,
and I won't be mad if you,
call me a dyke.

Many have said it before,
and a lot have gotten away with it,
but thats only because I knew,
If I said something,
they would throw a fit.

Sometimes I day dream,
about walking up to you,
and giving you a kiss,
but I know if I did I'd be a fool.

All I want is for you to notice me,
just one time,
and set me free,
from this prison of mine.

Your a friend of a friend,
I don't know you well,
but your a great person,
that I can tell.
