Love/ Hate-Ericka

When I first saw u I knew u would be great
But now I know a new term and i call it love/hate

It started on a cold rainy night
Your arm was around me in fear of frost bite

Immediately I knew we had something
Wat could it be that this great guy could bring?

Around my neck was your arm
I knew you wouldn't do me no harm

The night was magical and so much fun
Little did we no it would soon be done

It was a risk I was willing to take
It ended up as the biggest mistake

I wanted it to last forever
But still I knew it would happen never

I had a clue that it wouldn't work
The ending made u feel like a jerk

We were both to busy the fault wasn't yours
We had practice, homework, and after school chores

We had our chance now its done
And now its time to be someone Else's no one

The way u treated me was like I wasn't even there
I used to stay up at night thinking “do u even care”

Its not my fault its all your loss
You made the decision now pay the cost

I want you back more and more
Sometimes it hurts deep down in my core

The hate you give me fills me with love in such a strange way
You were sent from above, a deed to me you did pay

A blessing or a curse you've split me in two
All because of this love/ hate I have for you
