That Girl in class

by Taz   Nov 25, 2004

That girl that was there,
There in class,
Was the first time I saw her,
One week after another.

I didn't know her age,
But I wanted to ask,
But I was afraid,
What a difficult task.

That girl looked at me,
Most of the time,
Like if asking for money,
But never gave her a dime.

Now that she's my friend,
We're really close together,
I treat her with respect,
I treat her like a feather.

That girl is wonderful,
And there's not many of those,
It's like a special friendship,
She's like my favorite rose.
