For Ever Love

by smokeybear   Nov 27, 2004

Hand in hand we walk,
waves crashing along the shore line
the sun is setting in the distance, he pulls a ring out of his pocket, and places it on my finger.

Alone i walk, on a red carpet,
sprinkled with rose petals.
hand in hand we stand,
as we say the words "I do"

Alone i do not sit, a grown child at each side, crying in grief.
wearing all black, i am beyond tears.

happy we are, hand an hand.
floating in space, wearing all white,
we are together again.
