You Don't Understand

You’ll never really understand,
All the thingz that I go through.
Thats why I confide in our homeboy,
Instead of confiding in you.
I love you and I wish you could see,
All the anger I hold inside.
Or why for some strange reason,
I feel the need to run and hide.
Why the hell don’t you get it?
Why do you refuse to see,
All the hate and anger,
I got bottled up in me?
Now, I’ve tried to talk to you,
And tell you how I feel.
But you would just brush it off,
As if none of it was real.
I know that you love me,
Cuz you always say you do.
But you don’t understand me,
Though thats all I ask of you.
I just want you to know
That I’m more then you see.
I’m more then whats on the outside,
On the inside, I’m me.
