This Boy

This boy I thought I knew,
ripped my heart in two,
he also fooled me & you.

He told me he loved me,
I thought it was true,
and he acted like he wanted me too.

I thought he loved me,
I thought it was true,
I thought he needed me,
because I needed him too.

He and I were good together,
we stuck together like glue,
but he played me,
like I'm used too.

This boy I thought was true,
is someone I never knew.
