Self-Affliction Pt. 4

by SilentAngel   Dec 2, 2004

Oh this hate can not be tame.
You can’t try and tell me
Please try to be calm.
But I will beat you till your screaming.
Why are you trying to take my love from me?
You can try and tell me
And try to beat me too it.
All my friends are gone
There’s no one to hear your screams.
This will teach you to mess with love.
Your sadistic rhetoric of theological nonsense
Makes me sick.
Some say that this self-Affliction is all that’s left.
I won’t let you manipulate anyone else
And play them as if they were your toy.
God condemned me and I shall take you with me.
Listen to what I say
Cause when I spit these words they are going to hit like a ton of brick.
I will leave you hallow, deprecated, and worthless.
Now do you see the light?

Some of the lines in here were absolutly powerful and greatly used,
"Your sadistic rhetoric of theological nonsense
    Makes me sick."

I absolutly love your word choice in those lines. they create such a powerful effect and leave the reader with an understanding of what great pain and anger the writer is dealing with. good job
