Standing on the Bridge

by Bleed-Like-Me   Dec 2, 2004

Im standing on the bridge
Looking around at the birght lights

The buildings look beautiful,
The moon so full

Im looking at the water
The slight waves making such sound
ANd all the cars speeding around

Im sure and ready
I feel such pain
And this is where i slash each vain

I bleed till misery goes numb
And fall into all of what ive become

Theres no need to jump,
Theres no need to try
Simply just becuase i am up so high
That when i do collapse it will be my goodbye

Cause when i fall down
In the water, i will drown

Im standing on the bridge
ANd no more i cry, instead i smile, and slowly will i die
