Diamonds

"It always ends in diamonds"
His voice echos through my mind.
My tears have not yet dried.
I can't help but think theres another.

What have I done to deserve this?
My heart can't take anymore of this.
Why God? WHy do you torture me so?

His voice is my condement.
His words my sentence.

"It always ends in diamonds"
His voice no longer echos in my mind.
My tears have finally dried.
There is another one for me.
I have yet to find my one true love.
The one where diamonds will not mean the end but just the beginning.
