Why?

Why do I get these feelings?
The one's that tell me he doesn't know how I'm feeling.
Why? Is it me who has to hurt.
While the love in my heart
Tears me apart? Why
am I the one who ended our PERFECT relationship?
Why am I the one who threw the ring at him.?
Why do I love him even though he hurt me? I guess Its something I'll never understand clearly.
