What to write

Today I just can’t think about what to write.
Thoughts fill my mind but with no insight.
Morning then afternoon and in to the night.
It finally comes to me like I turned on a light.
The love for you in my heart I hold very tight.
I’ll never let you go like a string holding a kite.
The lifeline that keeps love true and flying right.
Winds of change could never break with all its might.
Good or bad the heart is true and always wins the fight.
Today and forever more “I love you” that’s what ill write.
