Worth The Tears

by Tyler Whitney   Dec 12, 2004

I say stupid things that don't make sense
You argue and we both get upset as you get mad
Everything stiffens and my body get tense
All I can feel is pain as I well up and get sad

I feel the warm tears roll down my cheek
I'm a baby but you always say that its ok
I listen as you raise you voice while you speak
I blame myself for having a lousy day

My hands shake as all I do is cry
I close my eyes and my view goes starry
As you hang up the phone I start to die
but you call back to say you're sorry

I love you to death with all of my heart
Though sometimes I cry and worry
but you promise that we will never part
so my vision of the future is never blurry

You're the best no matter what you say
You do everything for me
Sometimes there's going to be a bad day
but clearly I see

And no matter how much the rain
No matter the stupid fears
Its all worth the pain
Its all worth the tears

For I love you with all that I am
This will never change I promise you ma'am
You are perfect and you are great
Yes indeed you're my soulmate

So no matter how much the rain
No matter the stupid fears
Its all worth the pain
Its all worth the tears
