I can't love

If I took a knife, opened up my chest,and pulled my skin apart.
I sware there would be a plastic shield covering my heart.

I can't feel the love, I can really like someone but thats all I have to give. My heart is not open for love and I don't know why that is.

How can you go from thinking you're in love to not even missing the person you thought was sent from up above?

I can't control my feelings or my thoughts, not being able to love is the same as not being able to control falling in love too easlily.
