Katie

She always walks so tall,
nobody seems to say,
anything about her confidence,
much to her dismay.

She'll show them when she's ready,
but now she seems to hide,
she doesn't want to tell anyone,
they might think less of her pride.

The sun shines on her face,
the moon shines on her back,
the stars will bright up her hair,
with the real knowledgethat she lacks.

Everybody walks by,
but she pretends not to notice their stare,
as she sits outside their circle,
but she cannot hide her care.

She has enough cool friends,
so she doesn't even bother,
to even try to understand,
all of the popular others.
