A Jeweled Picture Frame

I trace your face with my fingers, remembering that night we spent together that now seems so long ago, as I look at the picture, we both seem so happy, and if I think about it long enough I still get butterflies to this day...

We spent the whole night dancing, laughing, and having a great time. The music played loudly and I noticed no one but us, the mirror image played over and over again, the radio starts playing a song that we danced to. I remember staring into your green-blue eyes, your amazing smile, you seemed as if you were the picture of perfection. That moment placed in a jeweled picture frame permanently sketched in my heart. To this day I am amazed by the intensity of the effect that first kiss had on me...The soft but strong and sweet smell of gravity lets me feel your touch one more simple, yet difficult time...You made me a promise, you would catch me if ever I were to fall. Just wondering, but where were you? Suddenly a voice breaks me out of my memorable trance reminding me that your no longer here. I set the picture down in it's place next to my bed...Suddenly I realize my face is wet. I lift up my fingertips to gently touch my face, and that's when reality hits me, I am crying...

Well, I fell, where were you to catch me?
