Loving Thoughts Shared

by dandy   Jan 3, 2005

Eyes locked and hearts beating.
His blink, but both stare.
Twitching fingertips intertwine with the other's; each breath is harder to summon.
A gentle squeeze here, a cheek-to-cheek touch there; Emotions are sparked.
Each one's thoughts are the same as the other's, though neither dare say a word for fear of dire embarrassment.
*What if her love is untrue?*
This is what he thinks.
*Does he like me for the person I am? The mind with which I think and the heart which I possess?*
This is what she thinks.
Lips part as words are spoken:
*I love you* each says to the other.
A smile forms on both those faces as they linger; Closer every second until they touch in a kiss of sweet bliss.
In each other's hearts and on each other's mind is where they were all along.
The speaking of thoughts only confirmed it.
