It Hurts So Good

by John Holley   Jan 14, 2005

It hurts so good
To see you smile
When I'm not the one
Who drives you while
It hurts so good
To see y'all kiss
The feel of your lips
I can't help but miss
It hurts so good
When I hear your name
Though your feelings have changed
Mine remain the same
It hurts so good
Whenever you don't call
Because then I know
You don't miss me at all
It hurts only because
We aren't together
But it's good because
It's for the better
