The love i lost

They say it is better to have loved and lost
than never to have loved at all.
the love i had was great,
but in losing him
i lost everything about me.
the solid ground that i stood upon
has crumbled beneath me.
i will never again be the person i once was
i have begun to love again,
but nothing will ever come close
to the love i lost.

    that was reallly good! Know how you feel, sometimes love turns us in the wrong direction, but then again, love is not explainable. Its lyke a feeling that u never want to loose, but sometimes, like u stated, it crumbles beneath u. keep writing
