As these tears...

These tears run down my cheeks
I think of what I had to do
And how or why I did that
I never wanted to hurt you

I had to obey my Lord
I commit to him everyday
And when he told me what I had to do
I pondered on what I’d say

I argued for 2 whole weeks
Asking for another way
But you can’t argue with God
So then I had to obey

I hurt you and I’m sorry
It was the hardest thing I’ve ever done
Because I loved you a lot and still do
And you are the only one

So I’m so sorry for everything
I loved my summer with you
Had the most fabulous time
And I seriously miss you
