No longer friends

by sarah-elizabeth   Feb 5, 2005

You and I are not friends,
Haven’t been for a while,
I’m not asking to be friends again,
Just quit your nasty smile.

I know you talk about me,
Just wish you had the guts to say it to my face,
You just left me and all our memories behind,
Maybe all we needed was a bit of space.

I know you think I did something,
And that I lied,
That hurt me because I know I didn’t,
All you saw was that I cried.

You had no idea the way I felt,
You didn’t even care,
The pain I was going through,
Your face now I just can’t bare.

You were the one, who was immature,
The one who couldn’t handle it,
The one who was unpleasant.
I know that you wanted me to get hit.

Well I think you should just grow up,
Forgive and forget,
I’m not saying we are going to be friends,
Believe me this is not a bet.
