Shining suit of armor

Sitting in this shiny suit
As you look at me above
Makes me feel worthwhile
Makes me feel in love

But I know it will not last
My age will increase with time
The suit will get to heavy
And will decay from rust and lime

Everything is not to last
Our beauty will both fade
But I love you and you love me
And together we’ve got it made

As long as you love me
You will see me great
And I know together
We will make it past all hate

So for you I shine my armor
Preparing it for love
Glistening in your glowing sun
Shining like a dove
