Some People

~this is a poem I'm writing to one of my boyfriend's friends, I've been through some of the stuff she has just wanna let her know it'll be okay~

Some people go through life
Looking like they have it all
Some people go through life
Looking for a call
Maybe it'll be a call for luck
Maybe it'll be a call for love
But they spend forever looking for
That call

You'll never understand how much
It hurts
When someone tells you it's all Your fault
When those words come out
Of the mouth
Of someone you love
Without a doubt
The pain inside shoutsout
Destroys you first inside
Then killing you on the outside

I can't explian the feeling of being hurt
In more ways than you would think
It just seems that's it's not fair
Why can he touch me there?
Why can he do that?
Why does he hurt me so?
And yet you'll never know

Mixed with emotion
Mixed with fear
Trying not to start a whole commotion
Just seems impossible here
No matter what I do
No matter what I say
They all just look at me
Wanting me to go away

This pain never really leaves
This I will say
But the pain does reprieve
And will be gone until another day

Some people go through life
With it all
Some people go through life
Looking for a call

All you can do is keep walking
Taking it one at a time
Just remember to keep blocking
All that's been able to climb
Into your head and heart
And then keeping going with a new start
