You Make me Feel...

by Stephen Levant   Feb 22, 2005

The intense feelings welling up within me. For things which you've made me feel, I adore you. My heart has reached the heights of selfless love and unfettered desire. I've sought the uplifting of others, their esteem. I've prayed for the fulfillment of other's dreams. I've prayed for the quenching of the fire of need. One attributed inspiration to you through thought and deed. I love you.

For things which you've made me feel...I could crush you. I allowed you to use, and take advantage of, my good nature. You drank of the vessel and left it empty. You affirmed love for me. Arms found themselves empty. I am void. I gave you my heart. You took it away with thee. I wish to undo you as you have undone me. Simultaneously experiencing the agony and ecstasy...I allow you to make and unmake me. Demimonde, I am needs meet bereft of words. By the heavens...how you make me feel!
