People keep telling me that no matter how hard life gets you down their is always a bright side.

A friend of mine once told me for every bad thing something twice as good comes along. 5

    Hello Jeff,

Thank You for taking the time to read my poem-I appreciate the visit and the comment.

I got the chance to read this poem-I can say that I truly did love it-It offered to me many emotions-Life is unpredictable-and Life will grant you many paths-some might be good, and some might not be as good-but while we go through life-One thing we have to remember-and that is to keep on believing that after all that is said and done-something better will eventually come along. And, I've been told, what cannot kill you-will only make you stronger. :) Keep On writing-I'll be visiting your other poems shortly. God Bless.

    Love,

    Jeff...
I literally have tears in my eyes. This was an incredible peice of art. Life works in mysterious ways we cry, feel pain, dwell, and feel sorrow. However, asking why is a question human beings have continually asked because we beleive a reason will make pain go away. But, what a lot of us don't know is it's not why things happens.....its how we choose to deal with the outcomes. See...I have never been married but I have grown up in a divorced home {a broken family if you will} my entire life i would ask why? "why me, why my mom and dad" but after realizing i will never get the answer i am looking for i grew up coping with the fact that i no longer had 2 parents that love one another but merely 1 that was my backbone after my father left. Like i said Mister...lol life works in mysterious ways and sometimes the people we once thought we loved dont love us back....its the hardest pain a human would go threw i think but that is why we have outlets to survive such as writing, talking, painting, etc etc....
"Life is hard but without the hard times it would be too easy to call life" wouldn't?
I wish you well in everything you do sir,
may you find happiness and peace within
    take care always

Wow that was straight from the bottom of your heart. Full of such feelings. Sometimes in life things don't work out like we plan. In the end you might find out it was for the best. Things will get better I have had my heart broken many times maybe that's why I have a fear of getting married. Great job writing this poem it showed the person you are inside! Thanx for the comments on my poems. I look forward to reading more of your work. Right now I have to get my son to karate! Take Care! Brooke 5/5
