Misunderstanding

by Bill   Feb 26, 2005

Silence of your words the torture in my heart.
The sorrow that you feel and emptiness I command.
Passions fire dim when I look into your eyes.
The doorway to your heart tightly closed and barred.
The clouded tears that build and break,
streams of sorrow flood your brain.

Bond of love that's being strained,
torn by tears it will not break.
Gale force winds of my thoughts,
fear that grows I cannot stop.
I'm hold with all my might,
to do the thing too make it right.

On my knees I hold your hand,
As my blood drips on the sand.
The fury calmed within you mind,
All you needed was some time.
Your sorry for your sensitivity,
I am sorry for my stupidity.

Together once again we are,
After you've run me over with your car.
Are you ok you ask me dear,
only when you touch me here.
A lesson learn in pain and hurt,
especially when I've been a jerk.

Hurry hurry on our journey,
to the hospital awaiting gurney.
Forgiveness is what seek,
medical attention is what I need.
