Saying Good-bye

My love for you is deep and true,
But in my heart i know i should not be with you.
The two of you have a family and should be together,
For it is to her that you vowed to be with forever.
Don't worry about me, I'll be fine,
Because deep down I know you were never suppose to be mine.
I cannot let you keep pretending you love me,
When in your heart it's the longing for her I see.
I see the hurt in your eyes,
With every moment that passes by.
Your kids love and it's you they are missing,
She too, longs to hold you but hurry because that is slowly disappearing.
Please know that there will always be a place for you in my heart,
But the two of you no longer need to be apart.
