Have You Ever?

Have you ever shut your eyes, hoping no one will see you cry?
Have you ever watched your wrist bleed thinking "No one cares about me.."
Do you think of each person that hurts you, as you slide the knife across your skin?
Have you ever thought yourself a failure, and think you’ll never win?

Have you ever watched the rain fall from the sky, to cover up all the tears you’ve cried?
Have you ever layed awake thinking, never falling to sleep?
Can you take much more because the pain is just so deep?

Do you ever turn off the light and just lay on the cold floor?
Wishing you’ll get sick because you don’t give a f--k anymore?
Do you watch him across the room, look at him then look away?
Have you ever felt so stupid because around him you don’t know what to say?
