It Ain't Easy

In two days, it’ll be a month
and being with out you still ain’t easy.
When I think about not having you
I still get kind of queasy.

Shannon says “Get back with him,
You love him, he loves you”
But shes not aware that me loving you
Is the only part that’s true.

She thinks that you still feel the same
Thought I tell her you don’t.
She still says “he’ll take you back”,
And I still say you won’t.

I’ve tried and tried to get you back,
Yet you still say “no”.
Mom says just to give up,
Simply let you go.

I can’t do that though, trust me,
I’ve tried and its easier said then done.
I just keep trying to make you see
That you’re my only one.

But, like I said,
It ain’t easy,
And thinking about it,
Still makes me queasy.
